మీ వివరాలను మీరే స్వయంగా నమోదు చేసుకోండి.

నమోదు చేసుకునే విధానం ఇలా: 
1. మీ రాష్ట్రం/కేంద్రపాలిత ప్రాంతాన్ని ఎంచుకుని, CAPTCHA కోడ్ను ఎంటర్ చేయండి.
2. కుటుంబ యజమాని వివరాలను (పేరు, మొబైల్ నంబర్, ఈమెయిల్ (తప్పనిసరికాదు) నమోదు చేయండి.
3. మీకు కావలసిన భాషను ఎంచుకోండి.
4. మీ మొబైల్కు వచ్చే OTP ద్వారా ధృవీకరించండి. 
5. మ్యాప్లో మీ ఇంటి చిరునామాను గుర్తించండి 
(జిల్లా మరియు దగ్గరలోని ల్యాండ్మార్క్ తప్పనిసరి).
6. HLO ప్రశ్నావళిని పూర్తి చేయండి (ఇందులో ఎక్కువగా ఆప్షన్లే ఉంటాయి).
7. వివరాలన్నీ సరిచూసుకుని... Draft గా సేవ్ చేయండి లేదా Submit చేయండి.
సబ్మిట్ చేసిన తర్వాత, మీకు 11 అంకెల SE ID వస్తుంది (ఇది ‘H’ తో మొదలవుతుంది). ఇది స్క్రీన్ మీద కనిపిస్తుంది మరియు SMS ద్వారా కూడా వస్తుంది.
ఎన్యూమరేటర్ (వివరాలు సేకరించే అధికారి) మీ ఇంటికి వచ్చినప్పుడు ఈ ID ని వారికి చూపించండి.

How to register: 👇
- Select
your State/Union Territory and enter the CAPTCHA code.
- Enter
the Head of Household’s details (name, mobile number, email — optional).
- Choose
your preferred language.
- Verify
using the OTP sent to your mobile. 📲
- Mark
your home address on the map 📍 (district and
nearest landmark are mandatory).
- Complete
the HLO questionnaire (mostly multiple-choice).
- Review
all details… then save as Draft or Submit.
✅ After submission, you will
receive an 11-digit SE ID (starting with “H”). It will appear on the screen and
also be sent via SMS.

Show this ID to the enumerator (the official collecting data) when they visit
your home.
Important Notes ⚠️
• Only one mobile number should be used per household.
• The Head of Household or someone on their behalf can fill in the details.
• Once registered, the Head of Household’s name cannot be changed.
