1. Lemons :

Simply drink a cup of warm water with the juice from 1/2 a lemon added to it each morning on an empty stomach.  For best results, do not add salt or sugar.

నిమ్మకాయలు :

ప్రతి ఉదయం ఖాళీ కడుపుతో 1/2 నిమ్మకాయ కలిపిన రసంతో ఒక కప్పు వెచ్చని నీటిని త్రాగాలి. ఉత్తమ ఫలితాల కోసం, ఉప్పు లేదా చక్కెరను జోడించవద్దు.


2. Watermelon Seeds :
Grind equal quantities of dried watermelon seeds and poppy seeds (khus khus).  Take 1 tea spoon of this mixture in the morning on an empty stomach & again in the evening.

పుచ్చకాయ విత్తనాలు :
ఎండిన పుచ్చకాయ విత్తనాలు మరియు గసగసాలు (ఖుస్ ఖుస్) సమాన పరిమాణంలో రుబ్బు. ఈ మిశ్రమాన్ని 1 టీ చెంచా ఉదయం ఖాళీ కడుపుతో & మళ్ళీ సాయంత్రం తీసుకోండి.


3. Garlic :

Eat 1 or 2 crushed garlic cloves daily.  You can simply crush them with your hands. If you do not like eating raw garlic then take it along with a cup of milk.

వెల్లుల్లి :

ప్రతిరోజూ 1 లేదా 2 పిండిచేసిన వెల్లుల్లి లవంగాలు తినండి. మీరు వాటిని మీ చేతులతో చూర్ణం చేయవచ్చు. పచ్చి వెల్లుల్లి తినడం మీకు నచ్చకపోతే ఒక కప్పు పాలతో పాటు తీసుకోండి.
